David is the founding partner of Shandong You Hua Law Firm and has been working with the firm since its establishment in 2007. Prior to that, he worked in the International Department of PICC Qingdao from 1992 to 2000, he was engaged in making insurance policies, developing business and settling claims of Ocean Marine Cargo Transportation Insurance. He also analyzed the credit standing reports of foreign importers, approved the credit limits to domestic exporters, settled claims and was responsible fore international debt collection of Comprehensive Export Credit Insurance. From 2001 to 2007, he worked as a lawyer in the Foreign-related Affairs Department of Shandong Ya & Tai Law Firm, which is listed among the top 100 law firms nationwide, and among the top 4 in Qingdao. He is proficient in Chinese and English.

Courses were investigation of anti-dumping and trade friction in the USA, M&A, company law and real estate law of Hong Kong and cross-border litigations, as well as symposiums for cooperation of law firms around China especially cooperation between China and Hong Kong.
